Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers in the completion of their sales application
- Build strong rapport with customers to boost referral business and enhance career opportunities
- Help ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Previous automotive sales experience a MUST and a proven sales track record preferred
- Having a customer base/book of business is a PLUS!
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Achievement-driven with a strong work ethic
- Perform well under commission sales structures
- Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
